SHAWN GREEN
Shawn has served as a Scout, Advisor and Agent since 2008, having started his career as one of the youngest hires by an NHL agent at the time. He works with families, coaches and organizations across North America and Europe to help players navigate their development and career opportunities. He combines a background in sociology and law with nearly two decades of experience evaluating talent. In addition to his work with elite youth, junior and professional players, Shawn will be instrumental in building the Blue Paint Network, a platform and Advisory Firm that connects players with resources to maximize their potential on and off the ice. His approach blends in-depth scouting evaluation with personalized career guidance, ensuring athletes are prepared for success at the AAA, CHL, NCAA and professional levels. Shawn's expertise lies in talent identification, strategic career planning, player advocacy and contract negotiation making him a trusted resource for players and families pursuing the highest levels of hockey.
